Remuneration and reimbursement
8(1)The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may determine the remuneration to be paid to the Chair and other members of the Council and may fix the rate for reimbursement of expenses incurred by them while acting on behalf of the Council.
8(2)Despite subsection (1), remuneration shall not be paid to a member of the Council who is employed in a portion of the public service of the Province specified in Part 1, 2 or 3 of the First Schedule of the Public Service Labour Relations Act.
